    • Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of placing the order, provided the order has not yet shipped. • Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer available. You may request a return instead. • To request a cancellation, go to your Account → Orders and click "Request Cancellation." • Cancellation requests are reviewed by our team and are subject to approval.

    • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. • Products must be returned unopened, in their original packaging, and free of any damage to be eligible for a full refund. • If products have been opened, packaging is damaged, or the products themselves are damaged, the return may be rejected or a 50% restocking fee may be applied at our discretion. • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. • Items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving return authorization. • To request a return, go to your Account → Orders and click "Request Return" on the delivered order. • All returns require prior authorization — do not ship items back without approval.

    • Full refunds are issued for qualifying returns (unopened, undamaged, in original packaging) within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. • A 50% restocking fee may be applied if the product has been opened, the packaging is damaged, or the product is damaged. • Refunds are processed to the original payment method. • Returns that do not meet the stated conditions may be rejected entirely at our discretion. • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    • We collect personal information (name, email, shipping address, phone number) solely to process and fulfill your orders. • Payment processing is handled securely through PayPal. We do not store your payment card details. • We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your cart, and improve our website experience. • We may use your email address to send order confirmations, shipping updates, and — if you opted in — our newsletter. • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. • We use Resend for transactional emails. Your email address is shared with this provider solely for delivery of order-related communications. • You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting us at info@ridgecrestlightworks.com. • We retain order records as required for accounting and legal compliance.

    • By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. • All product images, descriptions, and content on this website are the property of Ridgecrest Lightworks and may not be reproduced without permission. • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order placement is the price you will be charged. • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or exceed typical consumer quantities. • Products are intended for standard residential and commercial lighting installations. Any misuse or modification voids all warranties and liability. • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) in question.
